Q: What do I need to supply you with to make plates?
A: Before we can release any number plates you must provide a Proof of Entitlement and Proof of Identity.

Q: How can I pay for my number plates?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards including some e-wallets.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are available until the Essex Sports Cars number plates are processed into our manufacturing system, Due to our product being made to order we cannot refund you once it has been processed. We do have a refund policy on our Apparel section, provided it's returned in the same original unworn retail'able state.  20% re-stocking fee applies.

Q: What are the delivery costs?
A: We use a well established courier service for deliveries. All shipping costs are included within the standard pricing.

Q: Will the adhesive tape harm my car?
A: Our adhesive tape has been fully tested and will not cause any damage to your car or its paint finish. We do stress not to rush applying or removing our plates.

Q: Can I drill the plate or screw it to my car?
We encourage our customers to use tape for that 'bolt free' look, however you may drill your registration plates at your own risk. The adhesive tape supplied will be more than enough to keep it on your vehicle.
